MyEasyfairs is your central portal, where you can manage your profile, organise your trade fair participation, invite your network via personalised links, and download leads after the fair.
Your MyEasyfairs login is valid for all your trade fair participations. As soon as the portal for the relevant venue has been activated, the trade fair will automatically appear on your dashboard.
The checklist helps you keep track of everything. It contains all deadlines, to-dos and contact details in one clear overview. You will find the checklist for your exhibition further down in the location overview.

New at KPA Ulm
The KPA Tool World
In 2026, KPA Ulm expanded its range to include the KPA Tool-World – the new exhibition area for tool and mould making in the exhibition centre’s foyer. Here, trade visitors from the plastics processing and end-user industries met domestic toolmakers, engineering service providers and component suppliers. Around 15 exhibitors demonstrated just how closely design, toolmaking and manufacturing working together today – compact, practical and at a glance.

Unofficial exhibitor directories
We would like to warn you about unauthorised trade fair directories that request data from exhibitors at our trade fairs. There are companies operating that advertise their products and services in a misleading manner using the name of the trade fair and the organiser. We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these and similar companies. The data used by these companies is usually copied from publicly available sources (e.g. online exhibitor directories, catalogues, etc.).
Please ensure that you carefully check any offers you receive for trade fair directories. We expressly warn you against the companies listed above and their sometimes misleading offers and requests for payment.
You can make all entries for the official trade fair directories, such as your listing in the exhibitor directory, free of charge online via MyEasyfairs.
Providers of visitor lists / trade fair data
Beware of list providers, data offers and similar scams! Please also be on the lookout for fraudulent offers of list data and other ‘services’ that you may receive via unsolicited emails.
If you receive such a message, it is certainly fraudulent and does not come from Easyfairs. We never sell visitor data to third parties. The data provided by these companies is, in most cases, either inaccurate, incomplete, of poor quality or even falsified, and/or was collected or acquired in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please do not reply to these emails. Under no circumstances should you make any payments to the companies behind them.
